Student ID Request form
Alpha College provides this online photo upload service so you can request your Student ID card and submit your digital photo in a much faster and convenient way.
– You must be registered for the semester and submit a photo (max. 3mb) that meets all requirements (you can read the requirements on the bottom of this page).
– A copy of your student ID card will be sent to your registered email with Alpha within 10 days.
Important: If your picture does not meet ALL requirements it won’t be accepted.

Photo Requirements
Make sure your photo meets the following requirements:
- You should have a natural expression
- Background must be plain white
- No filters allowed (natural skin tones)
- File has to be in JPG or PNG format
- Photo must be taken in the last 6 months
- No sunglasses allowed
- Eyes should be open (looking at the camera)
- No red eye or flash reflection
- Don’t have any other person/object in the picture
- Do not wear costumes or hats
- Avoid shadows on the face or background
- Head should be on focus and facing the camera
