INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOWN PICK-UP

Convocation is a moment for celebration and graduates must be dressed for the occasion! To ensure a smooth and memorable ceremony day, you must pick up your gown in advance from the Alpha College campus at 3405 Kennedy Rd.
You must visit the Alpha College campus on the day(s) and time(s) provided for gown pick up and have your Student Registration Card available on your phone/email. Please note your Student Registration Card is available in the Order History menu of the Convocation Portal.
A credit card deposit will be required in order to collect your gown. Please note you will only be charged if you DO NOT return your gown to one of the Alpha College team members on December 5th.
You must arrive at the Convocation Venue already dressed with your gown. Additional graduate regalia will be provided before the ceremony start time.
Gowns must be returned in the same condition as they were provided. Any damage or failure to return the gown may result in a charge being applied to the credit card you provided.
To avoid any charges, please ensure your gown is returned promptly and in good condition.

DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION

I hereby agree to provide my credit card details to Alpha College as a deposit for my gown for the 2024 ceremony.

If I fail to return the gown after the ceremony on December 5, 2024, I acknowledge that Alpha College reserves the right to charge a fee of $97 to the credit card provided.

By submitting my credit card information, I consent to this charge in the event of non-return of the gown.
