The two-year diploma in Business is catered to students looking for a wide-ranged and well integrated business education with the opportunity to study in more than one area of specialization.
Alpha College delivers general Business education to those interested in acquiring specific skills in key business areas such as accounting, marketing, and human resources.
Graduates of the Business program are effective communicators; they are trained in problem solving, teamwork and quality management. They are also skilled in the use of current computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation graphics.

- Canadian High School Equivalency Diploma (General Education Development Test) or equivalent (foreign credentials must be translated in English and assessed for equivalency by a recognized organization such as WES (World Education Service), or
- Alternative admission test (Wonderlic Scholastic Exam)
- Mature student status may be granted to applicants who are over 19 years old and do not have a high school diploma or GED.
- Non-academic requirements – Such as medical certificate, police check.
- If English is not a student’s first language, they must provide proof of English proficiency.
